Senior living social media management.
Per-facility feeds, one voice, a calendar that survives busy months.
InquireA family deciding between two communities checks Instagram and Facebook before they book either tour. So does the discharge planner before they refer, and the CNA before they apply. An account that last posted in March answers all 3 of them the wrong way.
Most operators know it and still can't keep 12 accounts current, because posting is nobody's actual job. The activities director shoots photos for a month, admissions gets busy, and the feed goes quiet.
We run the engine. Your team captures the moments already happening on the floor, ours turns them into a steady feed for every facility, in one voice, on a calendar built a month ahead.

Common questions.
-
What does senior living social media management cost?
Scope follows facility count and how much of the foundation exists. A single community with healthy accounts is a smaller engagement than a 12-building portfolio starting from stale or missing pages. Most operators fold it into a retainer that consolidates what they were already spending on a freelancer here and an agency there. Realistic budget ranges are in our journal piece on assisted living social media strategy.
-
Do you run a separate account for every facility?
Yes, for Instagram and Facebook. Families research a specific building and want to see that lobby and those staff faces, and a corporate parent account can't show them. Leadership posts from one LinkedIn presence. We set the voice and calendar centrally so 12 accounts read as one operator.
-
Who takes the photos?
Your team, mostly. Someone on-site already has a phone and access to the moments worth posting, and submissions come through the MOZART App. We direct what to shoot, edit it, write the captions, and schedule everything. For the posts that carry the most weight, our production team shoots on-site.
-
Which platforms do you manage?
Instagram and Facebook per facility, LinkedIn for leadership. Facebook matters most, since the adult children making placement decisions live there. TikTok is usually the wrong spend for this audience, and we'll say so rather than bill for it.
-
Can social media actually fill beds?
Anyone promising direct move-ins from Instagram is selling something. What a well-run program does: drive 5 to 15% of inquiries, strengthen tour conversion for families who checked the feed first, keep discharge planners confident, and help recruiting.
-
Do you handle reviews and comments too?
Yes. Comments and DMs get answered within one business day, and Google reviews are part of the same program: monitoring, responses in the brand voice, and a system for asking happy families at the right moment.
